How to Change a Campaign on a Customer Record

Follow the steps below to change the Campaign on a Customer Record 

  • 1. Use the  to locate the Customer  

  • 2. Click the Campaigns tab 

  • 3. Click the hyperlinked Campaign you wish to change

  • 4. Open the drop-down menu under Campaign > Select the Campaign you wish to change to  

  • 5. You can update your Target Start & Stop Date, Response Date, Response Code, Target Identifier 1

  •   (Referral Code) and Target Identifier 2 in this box if needed 

  • 6. Once your updates are complete, Click Save to finish
