How to Access & View Customer Portal
Customers can log in to the CRM Portal to view their contract information. Follow these steps to grant access.
1. Provide the portal URL to the customer. The URL is;
yourcompanyname.inlinecrm.com/customerportal/login.aspx
1. In your CRM, use the
icon to locate the customer’s contract > Click the hyperlinked name to open the
Policies Page
2. Hover over the
icon > Select Portal Settings (A Portal Settings window will open automatically)
3. Customers use the original email that is listed on the contact record to log in > Click Generate
Password > Provide password to the customer
4. Customers will enter their email address and the password you provided to log in.
5. Once entered, here is a sample of how the Customer Portal will appear
