How to Access & View Customer Portal

1. Provide the portal URL to the customer. The URL is; 

    yourcompanyname.inlinecrm.com/customerportal/login.aspx  

1. In your CRM, use the  icon to locate the customer’s contract > Click the hyperlinked name to open the

 Policies Page 

2. Hover over the  icon > Select Portal Settings (A Portal Settings window will open automatically) 

3. Customers use the original email that is listed on the contact record to log in > Click Generate

Password > Provide password to the customer 

4. Customers will enter their email address and the password you provided to log in.  

5. Once entered, here is a sample of how the Customer Portal will appear
