How to Access & View Customer Portal
The CRM Customer Portal allows customers to login and view Policy details on their computer or smart device. This portal allows them to see Coverage details, finance information, download their Contract PDF or Add an ID Card to their Google or Apple Digital Wallet.
Providing Customer access- Marketers/Sellers are responsible for generating and providing the Portal URL and login credentials to the customer. When customers login for the first time, they will need the following information from the Marketer.
1. Company Portal URL- Your Company URL is:
yourcompanyname.inlinecrm.com/customerportal/login.aspx
2. Confirm the customer email listed on the Contact page (they will use this to login)
3. Generate and provide a password. To do this;
a. Open the Customer’s Policy Page
b. Click to open the Portal Settings
c. Click Generate Password- This password cannot be changed or reset by customer. Only the
Marketer or Inline can Regenerate a new one
d. If you need to re-generate another password, repeat step C above
Please note that the Portal will not be available if the email and password are not set
Navigating the Portal- The pictures below will demonstrate what the customer sees on the login page and the Portal Dashboard.
1. Here’s a look at the Portal login page. The customer will land here once they enter the company's URL, then
enter their email address and password on this page.

Click to View Tabs-
i. Policy details Tab- Provides all the policy details, homes, vehicles, terms, cost, etc.
ii. Upload Documents Tab- This tab shows contract documents that have been uploaded to
the portal and the date. Customers can open and view these documents
iii. Request Policy Update Tab- Customers can download and view a cancellation request form
A. Policy Detail- This shows the level of Coverage, term, Deductible, expiration date and odometer. The
Administrator's name is shown at the bottom and is hyperlinked directly to their website
B. Financial Details- This shows the total policy cost, down payment amounts, and if financed, the Finance
Company name, amount financed, number of finance months and the finance payment amount.
C. View PDF of Policy- Customer can click this link to view or download a PDF copy of their contract
D. Add to Digital Wallet QR Code- Customers can download a policy ID Card to their Google or Apple Digital
Wallet by scanning the QR Code. Here are the steps to download this ID Card:
a. Scan the QR Code > Click Open Link
b. Once the link has been opened, a security alert pop-up will ask for an Email Verification Code. This
code is sent to the email address the customer is using to log in to the portal. Customers will enter
the code and click Verify & Continue

c. Once verified, the Digital ID card can be downloaded to the customers Digital Wallet
